Windsor Mccay I am not, and so instead of 1,000 cell drawings made in a day, I only was able to create these 48. Nor did I have a tweening team, and I was running a fever while drawing these. I wanted to do a lot more, but this is all I could physically get done. But I felt strongly today that a message of hope and kindness is desperately needed, so I exported my pencil test just as it was. Maybe later I’ll get around to finishing it.
Even though we’ve been ordered to practice social distancing doesn’t mean we should be practicing social alienation. We are creatures designed for each other. And while I can’t actually give you a hug (or a high five or a fist bump), I’m not going to let that get in the way of my affections for you. So here’s a virtual hug, from our home to yours.
